This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Premier Disability Services, LLC, Center Representatives have the opportunity for long-term advancement - all while changing people's lives for the better. About this Role In this role, you will provide high-quality phone support to attorney clients. You'll follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis. Compensation: The range is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $500 a month in bonuses based on your performance. Hiring States: Minnesota, Georgia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, Kansas Onsite: Brooklyn Park, MN - Pay starts at $20.00 per hour Remote hiring areas: Pay starts at $16.00 per hour Terms: Full-Time. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm CST Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services - Answer incoming calls from potential clients - Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case - Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services - Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database Requirements: - Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills - Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude - Active listening skills and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations - Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly - Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner - Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM What we offer: - Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. - PTO and paid holidays! - Cafeteria onsite and a subsidized lunch program. - Opportunities to grow within the company!
