JOB DESCRIPTION Vertafore Senior Consultants are part of a highly effective, fast-paced team that provides analysis, advice and solutions for customers looking to implement new systems and processes. This is a cross-functional role requiring both technical skills and business acumen. Vertafore consultants develop forward-thinking software implementation recommendations and solutions that align with clients' business needs. Consultants collaborate with clients to optimize business intelligence, best practices and software capabilities to get the most from their technology solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical to this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with project managers, product developers and customers at all levels, from end-users to executives. Key responsibilities include: - Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to system delivery - Understand customer needs and translate them into configurable requirements - Non-technical and semi-technical configuration work within a low-code SaaS platform - Work with the technical and non-technical implementation teams to ensure all requirements are delegated, understood, and completed - Estimate level of effort and required resources of project work - Develop strong professional relationships with key customer contacts - Work closely with product & engineering team to ensure relevant customer feedback is considered in the roadmap and feature/bug prioritization Requirements: - 3+ years' experience managing or working with enterprise customers - 3+ years of technical or non-technical SaaS software experience - Excellent project management skills - Excellent interpersonal and presenting skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability and desire to work in a high energy and rapidly evolving B2B software startup environment - Proactive self-starter who can comfortably and respectably speak their mind, manage shifting priorities, empathize with customers, and do the right thing Desired: - 5+ years experience in the insurance industry (agencies, insurers, or insuretech company) - 5+ years in an enterprise SaaS software customer facing role THE VERTAFORE STORY Over the past 50 years, Vertafore has advanced the entire insurance distribution channel with the best software solutions in the industry.
