Role Description We are looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our team and help manage our client vehicles and drivers across their operations. - Track and monitor all vehicles in real time using fleet management software - Plan and manage driver schedules and route assignments - Make sure deliveries happen on time and keep customers updated - Report vehicle breakdowns or incidents and follow up on repairs - Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance - Work closely with drivers and warehouse teams to solve daily problems Qualifications - At least 2–4 years of experience in fleet control or transport coordination - Good knowledge of South African road routes and logistics operations - Experience with fleet tracking systems (e.g. MiX Telematics, Ctrack, or similar) - Strong communication skills — able to work well with drivers and management - Able to stay calm and solve problems quickly under pressure - Matric certificate required; a logistics or transport qualification is a plus - Valid driver's licence (Code 8 minimum) Requirements - If you have not received feedback within 14 days, consider your application unsuccessful
