• Understand client objectives and translate them into metrics, KPIs and data requirements. • Develop reports and dashboards in Looqbox using Python and SQL, ensuring standardization and performance. • Implement and manage AI agents focused on data. • Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analyses (cohorts, funnels, segmentations, performance variations, root cause analysis). • Create and maintain the semantic metrics layer (definitions, business rules, dimensions) and related documentation. • Data storytelling: prepare clear, actionable visualizations and recommendations. • Monitor tool adoption and customer health through indicators; suggest product or usage improvements. • Perform troubleshooting and research to resolve data, query, and performance issues. • Collaborate with the Project Manager and client stakeholders; attend meetings as needed. • Promote data visualization best practices and report standardization. • Support simple experiments (A/B tests, forming hypotheses and interpreting results).

Role Description As a Team Lead at Rent the Runway, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
