Technical Project Manager – Supply Chain

• Lead end-to-end program/project management activities from initiation through delivery • Drive implementation of a centralized supply chain planning system, replacing manual and Excel-based processes • Develop and manage detailed program/project schedules, milestones, and status reporting • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and accountability • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively drive mitigation and resolution • Facilitate communication across stakeholders to maintain transparency and progress • Define and document functional specifications, requirements, and project scope • Provide technical and analytical insights to product and business teams to support decision-making • Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints • Support capital expenditure (CapEx) simplification initiatives • Interface with internal and external stakeholders on technical and project-related matters • Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across supply chain planning workflows
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in program or project management (required)
- Hands-on experience in supply chain operations, planning, or related domain
- Experience implementing enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain planning tools such as SAP IBP or similar)
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability
- Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving project risks and blockers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
