• Edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms across multiple brands • Transform raw footage, interviews, campus shoots, events, and B-roll into fast-paced, platform-native social content • Identify compelling moments, hooks, trends, and storytelling angles that keep viewers engaged within the first few seconds • Repurpose existing content into multiple platform-specific edits and variations • Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, transitions, and other creative elements that enhance performance and watch time • Deliver approximately 10–15 short-form edits weekly depending on project complexity and available footage • Collaborate closely with the social media team to execute content aligned with brand voice, trends, and campaign goals • Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows across ongoing content pipelines • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging short-form techniques to continuously improve content performance

• Edit emotional and impactful wedding films • Color correct and mix audio • Maintain organized video editing projects • Quality control to ensure films meet brand standards

• Edit short- and long-form video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms • Transform raw footage (interviews, talking heads, screen recordings, B-roll) into polished, engaging videos • Handle storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, color grading, and overall visual polish • Add subtitles, transitions, effects, branding elements, and music to strengthen the message • Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1) • Collaborate with the content team on storyboards and creative direction • Organize and maintain the media asset library
