Role Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Regional Sales Manager driven to achieve outcomes, lead a team, and prioritize exceptional customer service. Compensation: Total Compensation: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 Key Responsibilities - Directing sales efforts and attaining quota, expense, and marketing objectives within determined geography. - Developing relationships with health care personnel and experience developing strategy for account retention and new business development. - Directing the overall operation for direct and/or channel sales, and delegating assignments to management and staff. - Developing and implementing strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives within assigned geography. - Effectively managing a team of direct field sales employees (Account Representatives) and contracted distributor principles. - Utilizing field visits and individual or group meetings and telephone contacts to train and develop employees in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive knowledge, and career goals pursuits. - Coordinating sales efforts. - Communicating corporate mission, goals, and activities. - Directing and motivating personnel to achieve quota. - Providing ongoing feedback/coaching. - Implementing corrective actions when necessary. - Assisting employees with Quarterly Plan and Reviews (QPRs). - Ensuring efficient, effective use of inventory and expenses. - Coordinating efforts with contracted distributors to maximize overall AOTI teamwork results. - Recruiting and interviewing candidates to maintain strong personnel "bench," hiring top candidates for open positions. - Providing feedback of marketing intelligence to AOTI senior management. - Performing all other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum 10 years of experience in medical device or healthcare related field. - Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in medical device or healthcare related field. - Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills. - Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking required. - Ability to develop and foster teams. - Capacity to manage cross-functional initiatives. - Effectively manages and resolves conflict. - Relentless customer focus. - Must be able to travel 50% or more as required. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Payer Accounts, this individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic and productive customer relationships, developing strategic account plans that support their efforts in translating the COMP360 value proposition into sustainable coverage wins, while partnering internally with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Commercial Operations to ensure payer strategies are fully executed with precision.
