RMS Architect

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of RMS implementations, including solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support • Possess technical aptitude to configure and implement workflows, forms, and data structures within configurable platforms • Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical configurations and user workflows • Oversee RMS implementation across workstreams, including integrations and hardware components • Establish and standardize best practices for RMS delivery across customers • Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, validate workflows, and drive alignment • Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions (in-person and virtual) for both technical and non-technical audiences • Lead product demonstrations, working sessions, and launch events with confidence and clarity • Support user adoption by translating product capabilities into practical, real-world use cases • Guide change management efforts to ensure successful product adoption and long-term customer success • Identify risks, surface issues, and communicate project status effectively to internal and external stakeholders • Gather customer feedback and partner with Product teams to inform roadmap priorities • Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Job Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a product consultant, implementation specialist, or in public safety technology
  • Technical experience working with configurable or low-code platforms, including form building, workflow configuration, and data modeling
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations
  • Hands-on experience delivering software implementations from setup through launch
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting customer-facing implementations, including application setup, configuration, and go-live support
  • Experience designing and delivering structured training programs for diverse audiences
  • Ability to tailor training content to both technical and non-technical users
  • Comfortable facilitating live sessions, workshops, and launch events
  • Dynamic communicator with the charisma and presence to energize a room and deliver compelling presentations
  • Ability to navigate challenging customer dynamics, including resistance to change and competing stakeholder priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous requirements and turn them into clear, actionable workflows.
  • Proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Suite
  • A college degree from an accredited institution.

Role Description The Workday Financials Solution Architect is a strategic and client-facing role with deep domain, product, industry and/or solution area expertise. The Solution Architect collaborates with Sales through all stages of the sales process to: - Develop product solutions scope and proposals - Produce client-tailored sales meeting materials - Conduct solutions demonstrations as needed - Lead the hand-off to the delivery team(s) In addition, the Solution Architect is responsible for staying current on market, industry and Workday trends and feedback. The Solution Architect will act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and provide consultation on product capability and value. This remote role can be located anywhere within Australia or New Zealand.
