• Shape how systems, data, and programs scale to support a high-growth, mission-driven company • Partner closely with senior leadership to translate business needs into efficient HR solutions • Own and evolve the HR tech stack, ensuring systems support growth and enable data-driven decision-making • Oversee HR data quality, reporting, and analytics to deliver actionable insights across the business • Oversee payroll and benefits administration across the US and Canada with accuracy and consistency • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements • Improve documentation, accessibility, and clarity of HR policies and processes for all employees • Manage and optimize relationships with HR vendors to ensure high-quality service
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a high-growth environment
- Experience leading payroll and benefits administration across multiple regions (US and Canada preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus)
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges
- Experience working with HR data, reporting, and maintaining high standards of data quality
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience leading and mentoring remote teams, with the ability to build trust and accountability
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment and collaborating across distributed teams
- Understanding of HR compliance, risk management, and operational best practices
- Exposure to vendor management and building integrated systems across tools and platforms
- A passion for building systems and processes that support a mission-driven organization
