Abnormal Security
• Own the AI transformation strategy for a specific GTM function, defining a roadmap that delivers measurable operational impact. • Build and ship AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code). • Lead technical design and architecture decisions, creating reusable components that accelerate future AI development. Deliver production-grade automations that fundamentally reshape how sales, marketing, or customer success teams operate. • Communicate progress, business impact, and demos directly to executive leadership.
Job Requirements
- Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar).
- Coursework or practical experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship.
- Prior experience in product management or software engineering, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary AI tooling.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
- Clear communicator capable of influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
