Role Description Aira's mission is to advance the next generation of home energy solutions, creating intelligent, sustainable homes for a meaningful impact. Starting with innovative heat pumps, it will evolve into a comprehensive, intelligent clean energy-tech system and include dynamic electrical tariffs, cutting-edge home solar systems, and advanced battery storage solutions. We're looking for plumbers and heating engineers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians. If you're currently fitting radiators, heating systems, or cylinders, we want to hear from you. You do not need previous heat pump experience to apply! You'll be working with an experienced, qualified heat pump installer and ensuring that high quality heat pump installations are carried out safely and efficiently, across Yorkshire. - Helping families lower their costs and carbon footprint by installing Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators. - Working closely with your team and designers to ensure efficient, reliable systems are fitted. - Training at the Aira Academy to become the best Plumbing and Heating Engineer you can be, with progression to becoming a Heat Pump Installer. - Joining a Europe-wide team of Engineers as part of the Aira family. • Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of subsidence claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement within delegated authority limits. • Champion the principle of treating customers fairly, providing clear communication and support throughout the claims process. • Engage with clients, policyholders, local authorities, third parties, and internal teams to coordinate investigations and solutions. • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the company’s claims management system. • Oversee third-party specialists—such as arboricultural consultants, site investigators, and drainage repair teams—ensuring quality and cost-effective outcomes. • Review and audit surveyor reports, and create accurate building repair schedules using our in-house schedule of rates. • Adhere to customer service standards and SLAs, delivering consistent, high-quality results.

• Produce high quality reports • Assess, value and negotiate repair costs • Provide vehicle valuations • Negotiate total loss settlements • Have a detailed understanding of salvage categories • Claims management • Liaise with Field planning team, repairers and customers • Support other members of the team as and when the need dictates
