Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software-engineering experience
- 4+ years shipping AI-powered features or AI-native tools to production
- SaaS start-up experience is highly desired
- AI-first, Claude-Code-first workflow
- Hands-on experience with at least one autonomous coding-agent or AI-engineer platform
- Multi-agent workflow habits
- Production experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI)
- Strong general software-engineering fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to embed with non-engineering teams
- Pace of adoption and a learn-out-loud disposition
- Prior experience standing up an internal AI platform
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

About the role We're hiring an AI Engineer with a strong data engineering foundation and excellent communication skills—ideally with commodity or financial trading experience.
