Role Description We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to own our end-to-end presence at the world's leading iGaming conferences. - Full end-to-end ownership at ICE, SBC, SiGMA, iGB and regional shows — from strategy to teardown - Negotiate stand contracts, sponsorships and speaker slots; manage a €250,000+ annual event budget - Run all on-site operations: booth staff, lead scanners, agencies, AV, swag and travel - Deliver post-event ROI reports to leadership within 5 business days - Handle full travel logistics for all employees attending each show Qualifications - 3+ years running ≥3×3 m booths for a PSP, payments gateway or other high-risk-merchant SaaS - Proven vendor-negotiation skills and strong budget discipline - CRM and event lead-capture workflow experience (HubSpot, Cvent, ExpoPlatform) - Stellar project-management skills; willingness to travel 30% of the year - English C1 (mandatory) — additional European languages are a strong plus - Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a mandatory requirement for this position.
