Role Description In the position of Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient planning and operation of the supply chain operations. Work both internally and externally with co-packers, material suppliers, and warehouses for local operation to ensure superior execution. Operate within established budgets, and continually evaluate supply chain performance. The Impact You'll Make - Collaborate with management of new plant setup process and on overall execution of raw material, demand, production planning to meet sales targets in the region. - Assist management of operational requirements for new product launches with co-packer. - Promote the achievement of the overall raw material, demand and production plan goals for the territory, and manage collaborative to distribute the products to the region's markets on time. - Collaborate with custom broker for management of custom operations on time to deliver raw materials on time and bonded warehouse management in line with operational budget. - Identify and develop solutions for gaps in current production and supply network. - Identify inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and making decisions that impact multiple areas of the organization. - Determine methods in process improvements for cost refinements across the network. - Optimize operational systems, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity across departments. - Collaborate with procurement to ensure supply chain has best pricing and minimize redundancy. - Manage budgets, procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure effective use of resources. - Act jointly with accounting departments and strategy partners to establish product cost of goods. Qualifications - Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain, Engineering, Business & Economics or similar field of study. - More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain functions, custom operations. - Between 1-3 years of experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. - SAP experience preferred. - Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). - Language Skills - English (Advanced), Russian (Upper Intermediate) desired.
