• Consultative role, partnering with internal HR customers in regular cadence meetings to align priorities and provide status on system updates • Partner with IT organization and vendor support resources on projects, enhancements and production issues • Understand the business needs of internal customers and design work flow processes and system configuration to leverage the value of the SuccessFactors tool • Efficient management and prioritization of proactive and reactive system change requests from internal HR customers • Interact with SAPs self-management tools (customer community), webinars, training sessions with experts and other customers to stay updated on new functionality, influence new features and troubleshoot system issues • Review release notes, prepare customers for new functionality and coordinate new and regression testing • Coordinate actions to fulfill system adoption goals involving customer partnership and change management activities • Ability to effectively qualify and prioritize work quickly based on standard SLAs, understanding business goals & impacts and available resources • Follow business systems analyst best practices, including requirements gathering, process mapping, meeting facilitation, task lists & timelines, documentation and test planning • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on SuccessFactors functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting • Able to analyze large data sets in excel and utilize common formulas/features such as (If-statements, vlookup, concatenate, pivot tables/charts) and generate a recommendation or opinion supported by data • Submit and escalate Production support tickets to ensure system uptime and continuity of key HR processes • Maintain system security and role access according to IT compliance standards

Job Requirements

  • Requires strong knowledge of SAP platforms

  • Proficient in project management principles and meeting facilitation
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
