Role Description Within this role you deliver IT projects and services for business applications in the Manufacturing, Quality and Operations Technology domain. - You support IT applications with a special focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems, such as Pas-X. - You are in charge of a number of ITIL defined processes such as service requests, change management, disaster recovery, life cycle, incident and problem management. - You manage external suppliers and contractors to secure project support and business continuity according to service level agreements. - Together with other Solution Architects you will define the technical design of the IT solutions and you contribute to process standardization and optimization. - As part of your daily work, you ensure proper documentation of all activities performed in projects and during service management (e.g. qualification documents, work instructions, change requests, vulnerability management, etc.). - In your role as Qualification Owner, you will be accountable for all compliance aspects of dedicated GxP relevant systems. Qualifications - You hold a Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or a natural science degree combined with strong IT knowledge. - Experienced delivery manager with a minimum of 5 years relevant practice and exposure to an industrial IT environment with clear responsibilities, ideally for manufacturing, supply chain or quality systems. - You have comprehensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience of Koerber PAS-x system, ideally you have experience with Kubernetes and Docker technology. - You have a solid understanding of OT system architecture landscape and its components. - You have solid expertise in scripting and querying and how to use it in automation and reporting. - You are a self-motivated, highly engaged and autonomous individual with a strong ownership and service attitude. - You are a continuous learner, always eager to understand the technical background of system behavior and to stay up-to-date with latest technology. - You are a Team player who is used to work remotely in an international organization. - Thoroughly familiar with current IT/OT industry trends for manufacturing and underlying technology. - You possess broad IT infrastructure knowledge (i.e. OS, DB, system hardening, etc.), solid presentation and communication skills and a solid foundation in IT service management methodology (preferably ITIL certification). - Excellent command of written and spoken English. Business fluent Spanish, French, German or Chinese is a plus. • Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products, directly supporting manufacturing, quality, and failure analysis teams to improve product reliability and yield. • Actively establish and nurture technical relationships with internal engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and quality teams. • Identify system failure modes, manufacturing risks, and product requirements to drive corrective actions and design/process improvements. • Frequent on-site presence in labs or manufacturing sites to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve hardware and system-level failures. • Support the product lifecycle from NPI (New Product Introduction) through high-volume manufacturing and field returns, ensuring quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. • Develop failure analysis methodologies, test plans, and diagnostic tools for hardware validation. • Provide technical training and documentation to manufacturing, test, and quality teams on failure modes and debugging techniques. • Establish strong communication channels and collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams (design, validation, manufacturing, and quality) to drive issue resolution, root cause determination, and corrective actions.
