Senior Front End Developer, React.js – Contract

• Build, develop, and maintain complex, responsive web applications from the ground up using a variety of modern stacks. • Design and implement modular, scalable, and reusable code structures that serve as the foundation for future development. • Collaborate with distributed teams to integrate diverse APIs and services (Java, .NET, Node.js), ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability. • Transform high-fidelity prototypes into performant, accessible, and pixel-perfect code. • Optimize application performance across the entire stack, ensuring sub-second response times and cross-browser consistency. • Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor intermediate developers to elevate the team's technical bar. • Drive continuous improvement within an Agile/SCRUM environment, participating in all ceremonies and contributing to process evolution.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Proven, recent experience developing production-grade applications in Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C# / .NET Core), and Node.js.
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js (Fluency is mandatory), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass/LESS).
- 5+ years of deep experience with TypeScript and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Azure backend systems and/or C# backends, including integration with Azure App Services, Functions, and Key Vault.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL; experience designing contracts that bridge diverse backend ecosystems.
- Extensive experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, xUnit, JUnit) and a "test-first" development mindset.
- Experience working in the Professional Services / Consulting industry, managing client expectations and navigating high-ambiguity projects.
