Senior Ruby Developer

• Work in multidisciplinary teams (Product Manager, Product Designer, and Developers), developing solutions that delight and support our customers; • Take part in ensuring the quality and security of the squad's deliveries and processes; • Monitor and interpret metrics to track team health and the pace of objectives, proposing improvements to address any points that need enhancement during the process; • Actively participate in defining and maintaining the squad's objectives, supporting and actively developing solutions together with team members; • Continuously teach and learn in a collaborative environment; • Build and technically lead the development team's solutions, providing and receiving continuous feedback to contribute to the team's growth and delivery of objectives; • Assist and provide guidance on software architecture and in planning and refining activities.
Job Requirements
- Experience/knowledge of the primary language in our stack: Ruby;
- Experience in projects using relational databases;
- Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience with background processing tools such as Sidekiq;
- Experience with AWS services;
- Participation in technology communities;
- Contributions to open source projects.
