Group Creative Director

• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams across design, copy, UX/UI, and digital experience • Define and evolve holistic creative strategies aligned with business objectives, especially during periods of transformation • Ensure a consistent, high-quality creative vision across all touchpoints—brand, product, web, and consumer journeys • Act as a senior creative voice in client engagements, building trust and influencing stakeholders at the executive level • Translate complex business challenges into clear, compelling creative strategies • Architect end-to-end customer journeys that connect brand narrative with product experience • Partner closely with strategy, product, and technology teams to develop insight-driven, scalable solutions • Navigate ambiguity and guide clients through major transitions such as acquisitions, rebrands, and integration efforts • Remain deeply engaged in the work—providing hands-on direction in design systems, campaigns, UI/UX, and messaging frameworks • Elevate both visual craft and storytelling, ensuring breakthrough ideas are realized with precision • Review and refine creative output across channels, ensuring consistency and impact • Champion the integration of AI tools and workflows (e.g., generative design, content automation, rapid prototyping) into the creative process • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, experimentation, and scalability through AI • Guide teams in adopting AI responsibly while maintaining creative integrity and originality • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital and physical experiences • Work across telecom and/or consumer electronics ecosystems, understanding product complexity and lifecycle • Align creative outcomes with business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs • Mentor and grow senior creative talent across disciplines • Foster a culture of craft, curiosity, and innovation • Build resilient, high-performing teams that can flex between strategic thinking and rapid execution
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with integrated expertise in both design and copy
- Proven experience in telecom, consumer electronics, or similarly complex product-driven industries
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Strategic brand development
- Product and digital experience design (UI/UX)
- Integrated campaigns and storytelling
- Demonstrated success leading creative efforts through major transformations (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, or rebrands)
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, digital ecosystems, and omnichannel experiences
- Experience working with or implementing AI-enabled creative tools and workflows
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at senior client levels
- Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution

Compensation In accordance with applicable pay-transparency laws, the compensation range for this role reflects a good-faith estimate based on factors including internal equity, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market data. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer. Range: $130,000-184,000 USD annually.
