• Du installierst, konfigurierst und betreibst unsere BI- und Planungssysteme auf Windows- und Linux-Servern • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und Betrieb von Cloud-Umgebungen (z. B. in Azure) • Du kümmerst dich um Updates, Patches und die Absicherung der Systeme (u. a. Authentifizierung, Zertifikate, Verschlüsselung) • Du analysierst Störungen und Performance-Probleme, findest nachhaltige Lösungen und dokumentierst deine Anpassungen • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren BI Consultants beim Aufsetzen und Betreiben neuer Lösungen zusammen
Job Requirements
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Umgebungen (z. B. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Erfahrung mit Kubernetes (bevorzugt Red Hat OpenShift), Podman, Docker
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows- oder Linux-Administration
- Erfahrung mit Skripten (z. B. PowerShell, Batch oder Shell)
- Erfahrung in der Administration von Client/Server Anwendungen (z. B. Datenbanken, BI-/Analytics-Systeme, ERP o. Ä.)
- Kenntnisse in SQL und im Umgang mit Datenbanken (wie Microsoft SQL Server)
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an BI- und Planungssystemen; in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) arbeiten wir dich ein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1), gute Englischkenntnisse

Role Description - Architect, manage, and scale cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and AWS. - Design, implement, and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure across 40+ environments. - Manage GCP services including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, networking, security, and load balancing. - Administer MongoDB Atlas clusters, Redis instances, BigQuery datasets, and Cloud Storage lifecycle policies. - Manage Redis instances (Cloud Memorystore) for caching, session management and real-time features. - Configure and maintain BigQuery datasets, scheduled queries and data pipelines. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container build workflows, and automated Terraform processes. - Develop infrastructure automation scripts in Python and Bash. - Maintain monitoring, alerting, tracing, logging, uptime checks, and SLO/SLI monitoring. - Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. - Configure security controls including Cloud Armor, IAP, SSL/TLS automation, Secret Manager, VPC networking, and least-privilege IAM. - Create documentation, runbooks, and procedures while mentoring team members on DevOps best practices. Role Description Amazon India is seeking dedicated, hardworking, analytical candidates with a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking, to join the Transaction Risk Management Team in Bangalore. Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online ecommerce risk. Ideal applicants will have experience in the ecommerce payments space, previous trust and safety experience, and experience succeeding in a customer-driven workplace. All candidates will be analytical and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment. These Investigators position relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals and will work under very limited supervision of the Manager. Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions. Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy. The Transaction Risk Investigator will be required to engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, and other company associates to accomplish goals. They may also be required to contact customers by phone.
