• Lead the development of automated material handling concept solutions • Detail material handling concepts into functional layouts • Apply equipment types that maximize the utility of the equipment and match the desired output • Develop automation alternatives for the Tier 1 systems and provide Customer Pros and Cons to support our final recommendation • Determine throughput capabilities and right-size equipment applications • Support the development of equipment lists and equipment pricing • Compare layout designs to determine the best overall approach • Deliver findings to intercompany groups and the Customer • Provide technical Sales assistance in support of converting the concept solution into an integration project. • Work with intercompany groups to support proposal development • Work with intercompany groups to further develop proposals into execution

• Provides program management support including, but not limited to, analysis, technical documentation reviews, oversight on day-to-day task management, and documenting program/ project requirements including aligning future FAA PBN Initiatives strategies along with documenting a history trail of any project course changes. • Provides analytical support including, but not limited to, conduct of analytical studies with the documentation and presentation of results to various audiences. • Competent at preparing and delivering cohesive presentations designed to meet the goals and objectives of the subject and fulfills audience needs. • Develops working papers, information papers, and various presentations. • Maintains weekly agendas for PBN cross-organizational core team meetings. • Verifies all meetings have accurate briefings and all materials are shared and vetted with the proper organizations. • Prepares programs/projects management artifacts such as Powerpoint briefings, Project Level Agreements (PLAs), and Resource Planning Documentation (RPD). • Develops quarterly Program Management Review (PMR) and Portfolio Review Management Review (PfMR) briefings. • Works on making sure all Portfolio deliverables are delivered on-time with accurate supporting materials. • Reviews, verifies, and makes recommendations for improvements to vendor deliverables such as technical plans and statement of work. • Develops and maintains program/project schedules including providing weekly project notes and updates miscellaneous reports for the FAA Program Office. • Tracks program risks, issues, actions, and deliverables. • Develops and submits monthly Strategic Business Management goals into the FAA’s SPIRE database. • Maintains each project’s document library and archive within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Spark to ingest, transform, and unify data from multiple enterprise systems • Develop and maintain medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) data models to create reliable and performant “Golden Record” datasets • Implement data normalization, mapping, and entity resolution techniques (e.g., fuzzy matching, XREF tables) to unify asset data across disparate systems • Build data workflows to detect and surface Shadow IT across financial, identity, endpoint, and network signals and integrate results into CMDB systems • Partner with IT, Security, Finance, Procurement, and GRC teams to define and enforce data standards for critical CMDB attributes (e.g., ownership, approval status, lifecycle) • Develop and maintain data integrations and APIs to synchronize curated datasets into operational systems such as ServiceNow and Jira Assets • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data quality, reliability, and observability across the data platform.
