Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or near completion.

- Differentials**
- Zendesk:** Knowledge of the ticketing tool is required, since all written customer service (e-mail and WhatsApp) and SLA metrics are centralized on this platform.
- Confluence:** Familiarity with or aptitude for the tool, as the new hire will help document the area’s processes in this system.
