Senior Project Manager, Software Solutions

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex software projects and programs • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and leadership • Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical requirements • Provide clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and key decisions • Facilitate executive-level presentations and steering committee meetings • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product, and business analysts • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members • Foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance across teams • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project contributors • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints • Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues • Oversee change management processes, including scope and requirement changes • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and quality standards • Oversee testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and outcomes • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance • Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, contracts, and deliverables • Ensure alignment between vendor output and internal expectations • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and delivery frameworks • Contribute to PMO standards, governance, and best practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • 6 + years of project management experience or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Smartsheet, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and data-driven decision-making
