Role Description We are currently seeking an Associate Consultant to join our Business Automation team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. - Responsible for driving customer success by helping customers get the most out of the Minerals products they have purchased. - Partners with customers to manage their mineral portfolio. Focus is primarily on MineralSoft but will include other products such as EnergyLink, MiQ, Prism, or DrillingInfo as needed. - Works with customers to review existing business processes and metrics. Makes process improvement recommendations based on established best practices and conducts product training for customers related to the processes being reviewed. - Gathers information necessary to make decisions; anticipates and resolves problems in a timely manner. - Works on projects of moderate complexity with general direction from team manager. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience. - 2+ years related experience in designing and implementing business processes. - Works independently with general supervision to manage project timelines and risk. Receives general instruction on managing risk, scope, and change control. - Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Strong understanding of the mineral management business processes, from the perspective of the mineral owner/mineral investor. - Basic abilities in data analysis with the ability to understand trends and identify anomalies. Requirements - Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment. - Ability to communicate effectively with another person. - Regular and predictable attendance is required. - Ability to work in an office environment as required. - Travel requirements – up to 10% or as required for company needs. Role Description As we scale our delivery across EMEA to meet growing customer demand, we are looking to engage a dedicated Senior Consultant (Lead Consultant level) on a contract basis for one of our clients. The engagement is structured as a 6-month contract, with the option to extend up to 12 months, based on performance and business requirements. The contractor will be embedded within the Cohesity Professional Services team, leading and delivering expert-level engagements directly with enterprise customers across EMEA. Core responsibilities will include: - Driving technology discussions, solution positioning, and architecture design from initial engagement through to implementation - Translating customer business requirements into integrated technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration into existing environments - Working alongside our internal Sales, PMO, and Engineering teams as well as key partners to support solution design and delivery - Representing Cohesity Professional Services through high-impact customer presentations and executive-level engagements - Keeping current with industry trends and continuously developing expertise in evolving technologies Qualifications - 8+ years of hands-on experience with NetBackup and/or NetBackup Flex Appliances - Deep expertise in data protection, backup, and recovery architectures - Strong understanding of cloud platforms and highly available application architectures - Solid working knowledge of major operating systems and their configurations - Proficiency with enterprise applications and databases (e.g., Oracle, SAP, SQL Server) - Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet - Proven customer-facing engagement skills, with the ability to present and communicate technical concepts to senior stakeholders
