En nuestro posicionamiento como compañía líder, queremos reforzar nuestro equipo con un/a Ingeniero/a de Monitorización / SRE. Responsibilities - Definir y operar plataformas de monitorización y observabilidad. - Diseñar y mejorar sistemas de alerting, métricas y dashboards. - Analizar incidencias y realizar root cause analysis (RCA). - Integrar la gestión de incidentes con procesos ITSM. - Contribuir a la mejora continua de la disponibilidad y rendimiento de los servicios. Qualifications - Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización y gestión de alertas. - Capacidad para definir métricas y construir dashboards útiles para negocio y tecnología. - Conocimiento o experiencia trabajando con plataformas ITSM. - Familiaridad con herramientas de testing y pruebas de carga. - Perfil analítico, orientado a la resolución de problemas y mejora continua. - Inglés Alto.
