Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Lead will lead initiatives in Operations and will be responsible for executing and supporting projects to drive successful outcomes of Continuous Improvement initiatives directly contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiencies in line with our organizational objectives. The Continuous Improvement Lead will analyze processes and workflows across Operations and make suggestions on how to improve them, provide documentation on the current and the recommended solutions (process maps, workflows, procedures, etc.), implement the changes, and sustain the improvements while continuously assessing the results. Role Description As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of Infinitum within your region, working across regional offices of OEMs, Engineering Firms, Sales Rep organizations, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) contractors, and any other relevant influencers.
