Role Description CDMs own new dealer recruitment to sign new qualified dealers across all European territories. - Dealer Recruitment Volume: Ensure target numbers of new dealers signed; each meets minimum tier requirements with committed PO. - Pipeline Management: Manage prospects in CRM; and conversion rate from first meeting to signed. - Competitive Intelligence: Complete map of dealer-Chinese brand relationships. Qualifications - Proven track record of signing new dealer/distribution partnerships from scratch (not managing existing). - Proven track record of new agreements personally sourced and closed. - Tracks activity obsessively: knows outreach volume, meeting count, conversion rates daily. - Documents handoffs cleanly: signed dealer handed off with complete documentation. - Able to adapt to different cultures and practices. - 3-7 years B2B business development or channel recruitment. - Eastern European base; cleaning or industrial tech preferred. - Proficiency in English + German/French language is highly advantageous.
