• Take responsibility for coordinating the clinical monitoring activities, overseeing the CRO clinical /site management activities and co-monitoring the assigned Phase I clinical studies in accordance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and SOPs to the most rigorous standards of quality, timely delivery and within budget, in order to assist in the delivery of Clinical Development objectives and achieve clinical excellence. • Ensure clinical activities coordination & oversight • Ensure efficient and thorough study start-up by overseeing the Clinical team of the CROs and working closely with other relevant team members involved in the study set-up (DM, reg, CMC, etc); ensure feasibility report are exhaustive. • Review site feasibility reports as per oversight plan , support the CPM in site selection, verify timely collection of essential study documents, such as regulatory and ethics committee documents for submission, and by controlling that all set up activities are performed prior to each site initiation, as per the oversight plan. • Validate the final clinical study documents (such as study manual, monitoring plan, prepared by the Clinical CRO. • Support the Clinical CRO in the training of the CRAs on all study specific operational activities and participate in the organization and preparation of the monitor and investigator meetings in collaboration with the other study team members (Corporate and/or affiliates, CROs as appropriate)

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Lead new or ongoing program evaluation projects, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and the development of actionable recommendations for continuous improvement • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement tools to support performance measurement activities that inform decision-making • Present evaluation findings and strategic insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and program refinement • Monitor trends, best practices, and innovations in program design and evaluation to ensure continuous learning and development among the team

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Siebel application projects and enhancements, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and closure. • Manage multiple concurrent Siebel initiatives while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, technical standards, and program priorities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership regarding Siebel delivery activities and project status. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Siebel architects, developers, QA/testing teams, infrastructure teams, database administrators, integration partners, and operational support teams. • Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, SDLC processes, governance standards, quality controls, and change management procedures. • Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation and resolution strategies. • Facilitate requirements discussions, project status meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive-level reporting. • Oversee vendor and contractor performance, deliverables, and contractual commitments related to Siebel initiatives. • Ensure successful integration of Siebel solutions with internal and external enterprise systems and applications. • Coordinate testing activities, defect resolution, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and production release activities. • Manage change requests and ensure alignment between evolving business requirements and approved project objectives. • Track and report delivery metrics, milestones, financials, resource utilization, risks, and overall project health to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions into production support and operational teams, including knowledge transfer and documentation completion. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes, operational efficiency, project governance, and team collaboration. • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and prioritization activities for Siebel programs and future enhancements.

• Own day-to-day updates across Shopify sites for both ecoATM and Gazelle • Build and launch pages using PageFly (or another app of your choosing) • Translate Figma designs into live web experiences in our CMS (QA → production) • QA your own work to ensure accuracy, performance, and a seamless user experience • Troubleshoot issues independently and partner with engineering when needed • Create and iterate on landing pages for paid and organic campaigns across both brands • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns to life quickly • Continuously refine user flows to improve conversion and engagement • Develop wireframes for marketing campaigns • Build best practice playbook for UX optimized asset implementation • Support and grow into ownership of A/B testing using Optimizely • Partner with marketing and UX to develop hypotheses and test ideas • Set up, launch, and monitor experiments end-to-end • Analyze results and clearly communicate what worked, what didn’t, and why • Identify ongoing opportunities to improve conversion rate and site performance • Work closely with Marketing, Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams, bridging communications as it relates to the sites • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure Google Analytics tracking and tagging are properly implemented • Help manage the process of pushing updates from QA to production smoothly and efficiently.
