Role Description We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people, thrives on solving problems, and brings great energy and empathy to every interaction. You’ll be supporting our global community of GymMaster users, guiding them through setup, troubleshooting, and training via email and phone. - Responding to client support calls and emails - Delivering one-on-one training sessions with clients (remote or in person) - Working closely with our developers to help shape better experiences for clients - Answering phone based sales inquiries and passing on to the sales team for further follow up Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - A genuine drive to put the customer first - Great written and verbal communication – confident on the phone or Zoom (Good English and Spanish) - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team - Good time management and self-motivation - Tech support experience a plus but not required, you will be fully trained - Stable internet connection - Personal Computer or laptop - Microphone+speakers, headset or alike - Web cam ideally - Familiarity with basic networking and web browser troubleshooting is a bonus - Empathy and patience to deal with customers with different backgrounds and levels of technical ability - Good time management skills - An analytical approach to problem-solving and the patience to work through a range of queries Requirements - Full-time, 40 hours per week contract - Shifts available between 7am – 9pm, Monday to Friday (you will be rostered) Company Description Treshna Enterprises is a fast growing and dynamic tech company, building software from our beautiful new office in central Christchurch.
