Role Description Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Training Specialist to support the development, coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise training and workforce development programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional systems design, adult learning methodologies, and training program management within complex organizational or government environments.
