Role Description - Develop an ongoing data science roadmap to shape Ouro Global’s future while solving business challenges. - Serve as an objective, agnostic advisor, leading and overseeing all data & analytics projects that support critical decision-making across Ouro Global functions. - Work closely with multiple senior leaders (particularly the VP, Lifecycle Marketing) to ensure their growth agenda and business decisions are supported with timely, accurate, actionable data and insights. - Be a senior and visible leader inside Ouro Global and a key member of the senior leadership team, overseeing groundbreaking data science, research, and analysis that solves business challenges at the highest levels. - Surface valuable insights from complex data sets, derive relevant insights, and tell colleagues a compelling story about what it means to the business. - Oversee Analytics and BI for Ouro Global’s marketing, ensuring strong insight and decision support for all channels. - Champion/challenger and multivariate testing analytics to assist in delivering exceptional customer experiences, new product launches, and site enhancements. - Drive the development of more accurate and sophisticated multi-touch attribution models to determine credit for traffic, acquisition, and conversion. - Serve as the architect of recommendations for best-in-class omnichannel campaigns and/or other digital initiatives. - Deepen Ouro Global’s understanding of customer needs and build relationships across the senior leadership team. - Work with cross-functional leadership to identify new areas of expertise and create new solutions, services, and IP. - Forecast customer segment, campaign, and channel performance with business leaders. - Develop standardized, automated reports and ad hoc requests that monitor customer journeys and behaviors. - Partner with IT to optimize how data and customer views/files are organized and utilized across the organization. - Own critical direct response models to maximize ROI and evolve towards a more sophisticated Multi-Touch Attribution Marketing Mix Model. - Define concrete objectives and measures of success for all digital and traditional activities and programs. - Lead efforts to identify, engage, and hire new talent in the Analytics, Data Science & BI function. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Engineering Systems Management, or a related field plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience. - Building and productionalizing AI/ML models in the marketing space in the ecommerce industry. - Building and leading analytics teams. - Experience managing large teams of highly skilled data scientists and data engineers. - Lead several strategic initiatives requiring communication with different parts of the organization. - Seasoned Marketing analytic professional with experience in marketing attribution and media optimization. - Experience with all major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TU) and alternate bureaus like NCTUE. - Accomplished data-driven senior analytics leader with proven ability to generate large-scale consumer demand. - Experienced with SQL, Python, R, SAS, and Tableau. - Hands-on experience building analytics solutions using data to understand financial impacts of decisions. Requirements - Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. - Relocation may be required. - Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Foster a collaborative, product-led culture that encourages experimentation and rapid feedback. • Coordinate the collection of high-quality, nuanced client feedback, ensuring the entire company understands client FinCrime needs and how the product suite addresses them. • Act as a trusted external advisor in high-stakes client engagements, workshops, and proof-of-concept projects, leveraging deep domain credibility to secure new deals and major renewals. • Partner with marketing team by contributing to high impact thought leadership content (white papers, blogs) and chairing client roundtables and presenting at major industry events.
