Role Description The Trauma Registrar retrieves, abstracts, analyzes, and enters clinical and demographic data into the trauma registry database in accordance with American College of Surgeons (ACS), State of Montana, and organizational guidelines. This role supports the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of trauma program data used for quality improvement, benchmarking, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent collaborates with the Trauma Program leadership team to identify trends, support performance improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with trauma registry standards. The Trauma Registrar also assists with trauma-related reporting, committee preparation, and registry maintenance activities.
