We are looking for a Regulatory Program Owner to take ownership across multiple broker-dealer supervisory functions. This is an exciting time to join the team! We are investing in how technology and modern tools can enhance the way we work - improving the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our compliance program while maintaining the rigorous human oversight that our regulatory framework requires. You Will: - Own broker-dealer communications reviews, including pre-approval of retail communications under FINRA Rule 2210 and supervision of internal communications. - Own certain registered person oversight responsibilities, including employee supervision. - Provide compliance coverage across many other areas within a cross-functional coverage model. - Support compliance advisory for product and business priorities. - Contribute to governance activities including board reporting, policy maintenance, and compliance program documentation. - Assist with regulatory examination and inquiry responses, including document production and narrative drafting. - Use AI tools as a core part of daily execution, and also identify opportunities to automate and improve compliance processes, contributing to the team’s migration to an AI-first operating model. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in broker-dealer compliance, regulatory operations, or a related supervisory function at a FINRA-registered firm. - Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 and Series 63 registrations (preferred), or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire. - Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools- you actively use generative AI in your daily work to draft, analyze, review, and automate tasks, and can articulate how you evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and risk. - Direct experience with communications supervision (FINRA Rules 2210, 3110), including keyword-based and sample review programs. - Familiarity with Smarsh or comparable communications surveillance platforms. - Experience supporting or responding to FINRA or SEC examinations. - Excellent written communication skills - you can draft regulatory responses, compliance memos, and governance artifacts that are clear, precise, and examination-ready. - Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to own outcomes across multiple workstreams. - Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward experimentation — you stay current with evolving AI tools and look for ways to apply them to compliance challenges. Full TimeRemoteTeam 11-50

Role Description We're looking for a seasoned Program Manager to serve as a connective force across our organization — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, earns trust through creating clarity and direction for teams, and makes complex work feel organized and achievable. You'll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to build the systems, processes, and communication rhythms that keep critical initiatives on track. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and execution. You'll be exposed to sensitive business matters and expected to handle that information with the utmost professionalism. This role is best suited for those energized by fast-paced environments, excited to build in a high-growth setting, and deeply motivated by our mission at Function. If you're looking for meaningful challenges, dynamic work, and the opportunity to make a real impact—we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end program management of complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. - Build and maintain systems, templates, and workflows that bring structure to ambiguous or fast-changing work. - Serve as a key partner to senior leaders and functional teams, helping them plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively. - Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early — and drive resolution before they become blockers. - Prepare executive-level communications, briefings, and materials with appropriate sensitivity. Qualifications - 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company or startup environment. - Demonstrated experience handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. - Exposure to M&A processes — integration, diligence, or related work — even if not your primary focus. - Expert at bringing together cross-functional teams to execute effectively, being the driving force behind efficient implementation of roadmaps and project plans. - Exceptional written and verbal communication; you make complex things clear. - Strong systems thinking: you build structure where there isn't any, and improve it where there is. - A collaborative, partner-first mindset — you lead through influence, not authority. - High comfort and capability with navigating ambiguity, and the ability to pivot quickly without losing momentum. - Ability to form strong business relationships and build trust with partners. Nice to Have Items - Familiarity with tools like Notion, G Suite, and Asana. - Prior experience supporting executive stakeholders. - Passion for the health industry. Core Values - Ruthless Prioritization: We don’t let perfect get in the way of progress. We move quickly to drive value, not perfection. We prioritize what drives impact. We never compromise on standards of excellence. - Member-First, Always: We design and deliver like we’re caring for someone we love. We create calendar, actionable, human experience. We prioritize responsiveness, peace of mind, and outcomes. We empower members with truth, clarity, and care. - One Team, Moving Fast: We are aligned in purpose, prioritization, and speed. We gather diverse perspectives to make informed decisions. We clear paths for each other and move fast together. We communicate clearly and respectfully, rallying around shared goals. - Radical Ownership, Relentless Execution: We don’t just ship– we own outcomes and drive results. We act with urgency and precision. We anticipate, initiate, and follow through. We meet challenges with grit and pragmatism. We embrace new tech to deliver better outcomes. - Mission Over Ego: We are ruthlessly aligned to our mission– and leave ego at the door. We disagree and commit. We don't tolerate politics or withholding information. We operate with honesty, transparency, and respect. - Sustained Integrity in Every Detail: We earn trust by obsessing over accuracy, quality, and clarity in everything we do. We prioritize clinical precision– data must be right. We sweat the details because outcomes depend on them. Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Flexible working hours. - A dynamic work environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged.
