Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements autonomously
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
- PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools (PSA), ideally Certinia
- Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate consulting teams and customer relationships
- Strong track record of effective communication and collaboration skills when partnering with cross-functional teams (sales, sales engineering, support, legal, and HR)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
