• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and investigator contracts • Act as the primary point of contact for site contract activities at the protocol level • Manage contract execution processes, including signature coordination and tracking timelines • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Legal, Regulatory, and external sites/vendors • Support development of site budgets and investigator grant agreements • Track contract status, maintain systems, and ensure accurate documentation • Identify risks and proactively resolve contract or budget issues • Contribute to contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements • Ensure compliance with internal policies, GCP, and regulatory requirements

• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts. • Balance and maintain client relationships. • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies. • Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units. • Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.

• Conduct comprehensive task and requirements analysis, ensuring clarity, detail, technical feasibility, and appropriate definition of acceptance criteria. • Identify risks and technical and operational impacts before demand implementation. • Independently validate development team deliverables by simulating real scenarios and creating follow-up adjustment tasks when necessary. • Monitor legal updates (laws, provisions, and regulations) and identify opportunities for system improvements or adjustments. • Document new requirements in a structured manner for the Product team's evaluation and prioritization. • Track release planning and status, ensuring alignment with impacted stakeholders. • Prepare and review technical documentation and manuals, ensuring clarity, standardization, and adherence to implemented features. • Contribute to processes for expanding the system to new states or responsibilities, analyzing local legislation, fee tables, and notary/registry workflows. • Support product preparation for initial deployments in new states, working with the Implementation team and collecting strategic feedback for product evolution. • Participate in technical trainings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

• Upload and organize files/documents in the SafetyDocs platform; • Manage deadlines and follow up on outstanding documentation with clients; • Provide operational support to clients in using the platform; • Deliver basic SafetyDocs platform training to users; • Assist clients in organizing and tracking information within the system; • Monitor automatic platform alerts and notifications; • Validate basic registration information (CNPJ (Brazilian company registry number), address, and dates); • Flag operational inconsistencies to the internal team; • Support the department's operational routines related to client service; • Participate in operational requests and department projects when required.
