Job Description
Paid Media Manager
Parcelhero
• Own the launch of retargeting programmes across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn from scratch, including pixel setup, audience architecture, funnel segmentation, and creative strategy. • Build and manage prospecting campaigns on paid social and community channels, including Reddit and Quora. Test, learn, and scale what works. • Own paid advertising to drive business leads for our new Parcelhero Pro SaaS subscription plans. This includes LinkedIn campaign management targeting SMEs, e-commerce businesses, and direct-to-consumer brands. • Develop a solid working knowledge of our Google and Microsoft PPC accounts so you can provide informed support and cover when needed. • Use GA4 daily to monitor campaign performance, track conversion events, and identify optimisation opportunities. • Build and maintain paid media dashboards in Looker or Power BI covering all channels you own. Report clearly to the Head of Marketing and CRO on channel performance, CAC, and ROAS. • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Document learnings and apply them systematically. • Brief the design team on ad creative requirements across all paid social channels. Give clear, data-informed feedback on what is and is not working. • Work closely with the Head of Marketing, CIO, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with direct ownership of campaigns across at least two channels beyond Google Search.
- Proven experience building and running paid social campaigns on Meta Ads, with measurable performance outcomes. TikTok or LinkedIn experience is a strong plus.
- Retargeting experience: you have set up and managed retargeting programmes before, including audience segmentation and creative sequencing.
- Solid GA4 knowledge, you use it regularly, understand event tracking and conversion reporting, and can diagnose performance issues using it.
- Comfortable with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and data visualisation.
- Genuinely hands-on: you build, launch, and optimise campaigns yourself. This is not a role for someone who manages agencies or delegates execution.
- Strong analytical instincts, you make decisions from data, not gut feel, and you can articulate the commercial rationale for your spend decisions.
- Active AI user: you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in your day-to-day work in meaningful ways, not just for drafting copy.
- Based in the UK. This role is fully remote.
Benefits
- Annual Leave: You'll receive a generous holiday entitlement, giving you the time you need to rest and recharge. You also receive your birthday off.
- Bank Holidays: Enjoy paid leave on all UK bank holidays as standard.
- Sick Pay: We offer a company sick pay scheme that aligns with the statutory minimum to support you when you're unwell.
- Merit Reviews: Get rewarded for your hard work and dedication with regular performance and salary reviews.
- Inclusive Culture: Be yourself and thrive in our casual and upbeat environment.
