• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and data-driven decision-making • Develop team members' technical and strategic skills, creating clear career progression paths • Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing leaders to define success metrics, set KPIs, and establish growth targets for location-based features • Influence product roadmap decisions through compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations • Serve as the analytics thought leader for the Locations Operating Group, translating complex location patterns into actionable product insights • Design and execute comprehensive experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests, feature rollouts, and causal analyses • Build and maintain testing frameworks that enable the organization to learn quickly and ship confidently • Define and monitor North Star metrics and success criteria for location product initiatives • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, feature performance, and product health metrics • Transform billions of location events into clear insights about how families use Life360 • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and conviction • Develop scalable dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools that democratize data access • Stay current on industry trends in product analytics, experimentation methodologies, and location-based technologies • Continuously improve team processes, tools, and best practices
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in product analytics, data science, or related field
- 2+ years managing and developing analytics teams
- Deep experience in a B2C subscription or mobile app business, with demonstrable understanding of subscription metrics (retention, churn, LTV, cohort analysis)
- Proven track record building and scaling experimentation cultures that drive product decisions
- Expert-level SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for statistical analysis
- Strong experience with modern data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies: A/B testing, causal inference, statistical significance, and experiment design
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks)

What We Need Synapse Health is seeking a skilled and analytically driven Supplier Data Operations Analyst to help manage, optimize , and scale supplier-related data across our operational platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring supplier data accuracy, integrity, and usability—supporting compliant workflows, accurate invoicing, and smooth supplier and patient transitions. Reporting within the Data Operations function, this Supplier Analyst role operates with increased autonomy, serves as a go-to resource for supplier data questions, and partners closely with Operations, Account Management, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Technology teams to drive data quality and continuous improvement. What You Will Do Own and maintain supplier platform configurations (Fulfill), including supplier setup, pricing updates, and ongoing price sheet management. Verify, upload, and manage supplier data such as coverage areas, contracting details, and operational exceptions for internal use. Lead quality assurance (QA) reviews of DMEPOS catalogs, contracting data, and supplier loads to support accurate invoicing and downstream workflows. Monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets from Operations and RCM related to missing, incorrect, or inconsistent supplier data. Manage supplier data intake and patient transition loads, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards. Perform advanced data validation, translate inputs into standardized load files, and resolve discrepancies across multiple systems and data sources. Execute and validate data loading activities (rosters, documents, orders) into EMR and related operational systems.
