Role Description Do you have a network of contacts within the Print and Capture industry across the Benelux region, e.g., Print Manufacturers, IT integrators, and solutions resellers, especially those selling Cloud solutions? If yes, we want to hear from you! Y Soft is on a mission to change the face of the Print industry and we want to discuss those exciting plans with you. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in Y Soft’s sales mission to the France-Benelux region and you will contribute to a success within regional, cross-functional, and self-managed team. What you´ll do: - Create, develop, and execute regional sales strategy designed to maximize sales results and business growth within your region. - Meet sales and business growth targets. - Implement strategic goals and objectives including defining a Go-To-Market strategy and business plan. - Build and develop new channel partners and their sales strategies. - Understand customers’ needs and propose technical solutions. Your day-to-day agenda with partners will include: - Building strong relationships with SMB partners and customers, focusing on sales, pre-sales, and post-sales support. - Expanding Y Soft’s footprint in the SMB segment across the Benelux region. - Initiating and leading partner meetings and business discussions. - Understanding customer and partner needs and proposing technical solutions that meet their requirements. - Leveraging an existing network of contacts to strengthen Y Soft’s position in the SMB space in the Benelux region and continuously expand the partner network. - Providing strong support to partners’ sales teams across sales, pre-sales, and post-sales activities. You will be backed by the strength of the Y Soft brand and Y Soft marketing, inside sales, development, delivery, and support teams, and you will operate in close cooperation with pre-sales and post-sales consultants. Qualifications - Demonstrable, successful experience as a Business Development Manager with a focus on software solutions sales in a B2B environment, preferably in the print industry or in on-premises-to-cloud transformation projects. - Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English. - Willingness to travel frequently on business trips within the Benelux region and/or to our HQ in the Czech Republic. - Described by peers as a team player with good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
