Senior Director, Product Delivery
Personify Health
• You are an experienced product delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to turn strategy into execution. • You will own the delivery of product work across the Wellbeing platform by managing Product Owners and building a consistent, high-rigor delivery model. • You’ll be accountable for execution, PO performance, and team throughput, making sure strategy turns into high-quality product delivered with predictable cadence. • This is a delivery leadership role, not a strategy or vision role.
Job Requirements
- Product Owner leadership & management (primary accountability)
- Directly manage all Product Owners across the Wellbeing product portfolio
- Set clear expectations for PO responsibilities, decision rights, and outputs
- Coach and develop POs on delivery discipline, prioritization, and execution rigor
- Hold POs accountable for backlog quality, scope control, and delivery commitments
- Establish a consistent PO operating model across teams
- Own cross-team delivery coordination, sequencing, and dependency management
- Ensure POs are aligned to quarterly priorities and delivery commitments
- Drive predictable sprint and release cadence across all teams
- Define and enforce lightweight delivery standards (planning, sprint hygiene, retros, release readiness)
- Identify execution risk early and escalate before it becomes a fire drill
- Own and enforce the Definition of Ready, ensuring all work entering sprints is properly scoped, estimated, and unblocked
- Partner with Engineering leadership to maintain healthy agile ceremonies, with clear product accountability for backlog refinement, sprint planning inputs, and acceptance criteria quality
- Establish and monitor product team metrics (cycle time, scope stability, refinement throughput) to continuously improve delivery predictability
- Champion consistent product management practices across squads, including standardized templates, documentation expectations, and handoff protocols
- Partner with upstream product strategy to convert priorities into scoped, buildable work
- Own the answer to: “Are we on track?”
- Ensure leadership has a consistent, trusted view of delivery reality
