• Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients. • Manage customer inquiries about products, orders, and returns with efficiency and professionalism. • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in all customer interactions. • Accurately document customer conversations to support continuous service improvements. • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
  • Minimum of B2 level in English
  • Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in customer service or the fashion/luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
