Partnership for Public Service

• Provide input into revenue targets and strategies to support the Partnership • Use various donor research and relationship building methods • Work with other Development team members to steward CA-based donors • Draft concept papers, grant proposals and grant reports, as required • Maintain contact and prospect information in Salesforce

Job Requirements

  • Minimum seven years of fundraising or relevant work experience
  • demonstrated track record of successfully securing major gifts from high-net-worth individuals and significant foundation grants
  • Experience working in complex organization and across functions
  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional work or military experience
  • Familiarity with and commitment to using donor relationship management systems; knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
