Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to oversee complex transportation projects and align delivery with financial performance.
  • Strong client-facing presence and ability to influence strategic pursuits.
  • Experience managing operating budgets, workforce planning, and performance metrics.
