Title: Accounts Receivable Location: Lakeland United States Job Description: Description:This position is in the Cash Management Solutions organization within Lockheed Martin Global Financial Services (GFS). It is responsible for supporting Lockheed Martin business areas by providing accounts receivable management, collections, and cash applications support, as well as providing cash forecasting insight to the Cash Planners, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Corporate Treasury. Responsibilities also include metrics tracking, analysis reporting, driving continuous improvement, preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data and developing metrics packages throughout the Cash Operations organization. Specifically, the position will interface directly with our key customers to provide meaningful feedback and provide data that will enable them to make business related decisions. The incumbent analyzes team results; meets with management to discuss results/key drivers and develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies identified during metrics reviews. This is a fast paced, challenging position where the candidate must be a proven high performer and quick learner. The candidate must be able and willing to support and meet tight deadlines on a continuous basis while staying focused on internal (Cash Operations) and external (DCMA, DFAS, Business area/site, FAR, etc.) policies and procedures. An ability to work effectively both independently and in a supportive, diverse team environment is expected. The employee will be expected to master various systems and processes while providing excellent customer service and maintaining frequent contact with business partners. The employee will also be expected to maintain required financial controls and to support audits as necessary. • Achieve 100% to goal for assigned products and tissue services for quarterly and annual revenue and unit goals. • Differentiate Artivion products using clinical data, conducting in-services, and attending cases on a regular basis. • Generate new customers by calling on Cardiac and Vascular surgeons. • Provide regular in-services to OR personnel to communicate the safe & effective use and benefits of Artivion products. • Actively engage target customers to attend Medical Education programs and Artivion sales & marketing programs. • Report all product complaints to Artivion Complaint Reporting by Midnight on day of notification. • Maintain and grow selling prices across all product lines with all customers in the assigned territory. • Attend medical meetings and Artivion training meetings as requested by management. • Communicate territory needs, trends, and problems to Region Manager. • Comply with all corporate policies to include the Artivion standards of conduct policy. • Maintain all administrative functions such as expense reports, lead follow-up, and open P.O.’s in accordance with corporate directives and in a timely manner. • Cooperate and assist other Artivion sales team members in transferring product and key surgeon/account history knowledge.

Role Description As a COBRA Client Accounts Specialist, you will support the successful implementation and ongoing management of client accounts, helping ensure a seamless experience for clients, brokers, and internal partners. In this role, you will coordinate across teams, manage key account processes, and contribute to accurate, timely service delivery that supports compliance and client satisfaction. Your attention to detail, organization, and communication skills will play a critical role in driving operational excellence. - Coordinate new account implementations by gathering required documentation, supporting client setup, and ensuring accurate system entry. - Partner with clients, brokers, and internal teams to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Support preparation and review of COBRA administration proposals and required documentation. - Maintain and track account lifecycle activities, including implementations, renewals, and terminations. - Ensure accurate storage and documentation of client agreements, implementation materials, and termination records. - Assist with account updates and terminations in internal systems and coordinate with accounting or other teams as needed. - Monitor timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of account processes. - Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain strong, service-focused relationships. - Contribute to process improvements and support special projects as assigned. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, or healthcare/benefits administration. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. - Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
