Support Revolution
• Write clear, compelling, and tailored proposals that translate technical information into customer friendly language • Coordinate input from Sales, Presales, Client Success and subject matter experts to build complete, accurate responses • Review RFPs, identify key requirements, and manage the creation of high-quality written content • Edit, proofread, and refine all bid documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and strong storytelling • Prepare and update written content for sales presentations and supporting materials • Manage timelines, organise bid meetings, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the writing and submission process • Coordinate costing inputs and prepare customer facing quote documents • Collect feedback on bid outcomes to drive ongoing improvements in bid management practices • Maintain bid templates, content libraries, and product/service information to ensure all written materials are up to date.

Data Managers assist and support the Project team in planning, preparing, organizing, controlling, and submitting contractually required data, as well as manage the release and control of a wide variety of program related documentation.
