Qualifications - Eres Técnico en Ingeniería, Administración, Psicología y/o áreas afines. - Cuentas con experiencia de mínimo de 2 años en procesos de reclutamiento masivo. - Tienes un nivel intermedio de ATS (Workday, Taleo, o similares) y herramientas de sourcing masivo. This position is a client-facing, hands-on role that is responsible for helping shape our clients’ strategic direction for their loyalty initiatives. - Play a key role as part of a team responsible for delivering data-driven, actionable customer insights that directly contribute to increased sales/profit through our clients’ customer loyalty programs. - Collaborate closely with Strategy and Client Services teams to align on client objectives and deliver impactful results. - Build and maintain audience lists to support the CRM team in executing targeted campaigns and achieving engagement goals. - Provide actionable recommendations that drive business objectives by drawing out key insights from in-depth, complex data sources. - Develop data visualizations and narratives that make data and analysis consumable by all levels and expertise of internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to design and develop new tools, models, and data sources to support our clients’ business objectives. - Proactively create learning agendas, test plans, and solutions that maximize key KPIs such as incremental ROI and LTV. - Manage workflow, scope, and prioritization of client requests and Kobie investments. Qualifications - 2-4+ years previous relevant customer analytics and/or marketing/CRM experience. - Great storyteller with data that can influence senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations. - Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Sigma. - Demonstrated success using customer segmentation techniques such as RFM, cluster analysis, and regression modeling to drive targeted marketing. - Solid project management skills and experience in juggling multiple projects at a time. - Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science. - Python/SQL programming experience preferred. - Master’s in Statistics, Economics or Applied Mathematics, or MBA, preferred. - Proficiency in fundamental marketing and loyalty principles, preferred. • Implement, manage and improve our compensation and benefits programs • Oversee the day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of global pay and benefits. • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with our company's strategy, business goals and talent needs. • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives. • Utilize various methods and techniques to make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensation plans. • Support the Training & Resourcing team with recruitment and talent management activities. • Support the Finance team with budgets, year-end bonus incentive payment process and financial analysis of all compensation and benefit plans. • Support Legal team to ensure compliance of compensation and benefit programs with applicable laws and regulations. • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits. • Conduct ongoing research and report on emerging trends, issues and best practices. • Assess competitors' compensation and benefits plans and make recommendations for enhancements to our existing plans. • Provide subject matter expertise and internal support to key stakeholders including department heads, local country management, legal, finance and training & resourcing teams on a variety of compensation and benefit issues.
