Role Description We are looking for an Oracle EPM Consultant to configure, enhance, and maintain Oracle’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This position will be a full-time contract role, and fully remote. - Lead full lifecycle implementations including solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment within the Oracle EPM platform - Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define system enhancements - Document current state processes and design future state workflows aligned with industry best practices - Translate business and financial requirements into functional and technical specifications - Participate in governance activities such as EPM steering committee meetings to communicate system updates, patches, and impacts - Develop business rules, calculation scripts (Essbase/Groovy), webforms, and dashboards to support financial and operational needs - Configure and manage data integrations, including data loads and transformations using tools such as FDMEE, Data Management, and EPM Automate - Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end users - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution - Analyze recurring system issues to identify root causes and recommend long-term solutions - Monitor scheduled jobs, data loads, workflows, and financial close processes to ensure system stability - Support patching, upgrades, and regression testing to ensure continued system performance and reliability Qualifications - Experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, particularly Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) - Strong experience with reporting tools such as Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, or Power BI - Hands-on experience with Essbase (ASO/BSO), Groovy scripting, SQL/PL-SQL, Python, and EPM Automate - Experience configuring data integrations using FDMEE or Data Management - Experience translating complex financial and operational requirements into technical solutions - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance and IT - Experience providing production support and troubleshooting complex systems Requirements - Experience managing security and system administration, including user roles, Identity Domain (IDCS), and migration (LCM) - Experience supporting financial close processes and enterprise reporting environments - Experience working in enterprise-scale EPM implementations Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401k retirement account access - Paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law

Role Description The R1 Physician Advisory Solutions (PAS) team offers a range of services that help navigate the path to compliant revenue. The Admission Status Review (ASR) team of physician advisors within PAS proactively reviews cases concurrently and post-discharge to ensure compliant admission status, which increases compliance and reduces the risk of exposure to denials. - Addresses the following issues: compliance and admission status. - Review and respond to the customer in a timely manner; usually within 1-2 hours of the submission to the queue. - Must work during pre-scheduled hours to be highly successful in this role (schedules are created about 30 days in advance). - Physicians should be highly capable of working independently with a high level of performance in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment. - Successful physicians will need to meet quality and productivity standards. - Actively engage with attending physicians to discuss appropriate status as supported by documentation. - Make phone contact with utilization review team and/or case managers at client hospitals regarding submitted case determinations. - Provide written analysis of the case and perform case reviews across multiple specialties. Qualifications - Active, unrestricted U.S. MD or DO medical licensure. - At least 3 years of experience post-residency completion, focused on treatment of inpatients. - Strong clinical knowledge base across multiple clinical areas. - Computer proficient. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Professional, organized and possess persuasive writing and speaking skills. - Possess strong negotiating/reasoning/logic and problem-solving skills. - Must have flexibility with schedule to meet business need. - Schedules may vary based on business need with the majority of business need late afternoon and evenings on weekdays, and mid-day to evenings on weekends. - Weekend work commitment required to include 30% or more of hours on the weekend to include Friday at 7pm through Sunday at midnight EST based on business needs. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Home office that is HIPAA compliant. Requirements - This US-based position has a base pay range of $150,075.00 - $199,070.29 per year. - Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
