Role Description We are expanding our AI and automation initiatives and are seeking an experienced AI Automation Architect to help design, optimize, and implement scalable AI-driven operational solutions across the business. This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and operations and can bridge the gap between business processes, automation strategy, AI tools, and scalable workflow design. You will work closely with leadership to identify operational opportunities, design intelligent workflows, improve efficiency, and help shape the future of AI-driven business operations across multiple departments and client environments. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, systems thinking, and hands-on experience working with AI tools, integrations, and workflow automation platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems - Architect scalable operational processes across internal and client-facing environments - Build and optimize workflow automations using AI and integration platforms - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation - Integrate systems, APIs, CRMs, and operational tools - Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy and implementation planning - Support automation initiatives across operations, reporting, compliance, customer service, and internal systems - Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and workflow improvements - Assist with solution design, process mapping, and implementation planning - Participate in strategic discussions, client meetings, and solution conversations where required Working Hours This role operates within EST working hours and requires consistent overlap with the U.S.-based leadership team. Role Description We are continuously looking for experienced professionals who want to support and guide our students on their path to becoming professional developers. This is a full-time teaching role with an expectation of 40 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, but you must be consistently available to support students throughout their learning journey. You will diagnose underperformance and make go/no-go recommendations on when models are ready for production. • Translate Policy Into Models: Act as the primary “policy-to-model” translator.
