Role Description We are continuously looking for experienced professionals who want to support and guide our students on their path to becoming professional developers. This is a full-time teaching role with an expectation of 40 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, but you must be consistently available to support students throughout their learning journey. What you will do - Mentor students through 1:1 video calls, addressing a wide range of questions, clarifying complex concepts, and helping students navigate their assignments. - Support students in live “Q&A style” sessions, where they can walk in with immediate questions. - Host webinars and other group educational events, covering program content, extracurricular skills, and industry knowledge. You may also participate in non-educational sessions such as New Student Orientation. - Review and assess student projects in alignment with program standards and best practices, providing clear, constructive feedback. - Engage with students on the TripleTen Hub, offering written guidance and supporting ongoing communication. - Share your professional expertise and best industry practices to equip students with relevant insights and strategies for their careers. - Create and curate educational resources within the TripleTen Hub to enhance student learning and make knowledge more accessible. - Foster a collaborative learning community by encouraging student interaction, building a sense of belonging, and cultivating a network of shared knowledge and mutual support. - Host Mock Technical Interviews providing constructive feedback on both their technical responses and interview skills. Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within the marketing, tech, or customer success. - Solid understanding of business process improvement, with a working knowledge of how AI and automation can streamline workflows and boost efficiency. - Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students. - Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development. - Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and engaging way. • Own Automated Enforcement Quality: Serve as a strategic owner for enforcement outcomes across AI-driven systems. You will diagnose underperformance and make go/no-go recommendations on when models are ready for production. • Translate Policy Into Models: Act as the primary “policy-to-model” translator. You’ll craft prompts, define evaluation criteria, and curate high-quality datasets (“golden sets”) that teach models to distinguish between contextual debate and policy violations. • Guide Model Evolution: Monitor enforcement performance over time, identifying concept drift, policy changes, or emerging threats that require retraining, prompt updates, or evaluation redesign. • Surface Blind Spots: Develop monitoring strategies for niche communities, edge cases, and emerging behaviors to ensure enforcement systems reflect Reddit’s diversity and complexity. • Safeguard Model Integrity: Flag risks, escalate incidents, and recommend rollbacks or mitigations when automated systems fall below quality or safety thresholds, in partnership with ML and Product stakeholders.

• Operate autonomously to evaluate digital merchant tools and provide structured business data. • Independently testing newly deployed platform features, digital storefront tools, or AI recommendations designed for local business management and customer engagement. • Reviewing AI-generated business summaries, search visibility responses, and mapping integrations to verify empirical accuracy against actual business operations. • Providing comprehensive, audit-ready feedback detailing platform usability, relevance of digital tools, and practical day-to-day utility for local merchants. • Identifying and documenting specific instances where models misinterpret business categories, service offerings, operational hours, or local market nuances.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners during AI implementation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and structured execution. • Guide clients in translating business requirements into AI deployment strategies leveraging QVAC capabilities (local inference, delegated compute, privacy-preserving architectures). • Lead end-to-end coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff through production deployment. • Define implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across AI models, infrastructure, and integration layers. • Ensure alignment between client expectations and actual product capabilities, avoiding scope drift or mispositioning. • Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and roadmap evolution.
