Java Developer, Spring Boot (Mid-level)
Softplan
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend features for the SAFF product • Implement evolutionary (enhancement) and corrective maintenance on existing systems • Use generative AI tools to support software development (e.g., code generation, refactoring, test creation, bug analysis, and documentation) • Critically review code and AI-generated suggestions, ensuring quality, security, and alignment with the product architecture • Collaborate with the team on technical evolution and adoption of development best practices
Job Requirements
- Experience as a mid-level Software Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java / Spring Boot
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with source code versioning (Git)
- Experience using generative AI tools applied to software development (as support, not a replacement)
- You'll stand out if you have:
- Advanced use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar
- Experience with automated test generation
- Basic knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
- Interest in automation, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Experience with SaaS products or mission-critical systems
