Senior AI Product Engineer

Mitratech

• Lead our AI-first engineering approach. Architect and implement strategies using tools like GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, and GPT APIs to boost team productivity. • Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure features across our product suite. Lead complex full-stack development initiatives. • Set the standard for code quality and engineering excellence. Architect and implement testing strategies, conduct in-depth code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. • Stay ahead of AI software development trends. Evaluate and adopt new tools and practices to enhance team efficiency and capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable, production-grade applications.
  • Deep expertise in modern backend or full-stack technologies (Python, Go, Java, Node.js or React). Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, GPT APIs) for productivity gains.
  • Extensive experience with AI tools and LLMs, including frameworks like LangChain or direct OpenAI API usage.
  • Strong commitment to code quality, security, and performance. Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
  • Proven technical leadership abilities, mentoring junior developers and leading complex projects from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, able to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
