• Create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content across digital products, marketing experiences, and customer journeys • Write UX copy, interface content, product messaging, marketing copy, and brand storytelling assets • Help define, evolve, and maintain voice and tone systems across multiple brands and touchpoints • Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, producers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible language for diverse audiences • Participate in discovery, research, and content exploration activities to uncover insights and shape narratives • Develop messaging frameworks, content guidelines, editorial principles, and storytelling systems • Present content rationale, creative concepts, and recommendations to internal teams and clients • Contribute to workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional ideation efforts • Ensure consistency, clarity, quality, grammar, and alignment across all content deliverables
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital writing, UX writing, copywriting, content strategy, content design, or related disciplines
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital products, brand experiences, and marketing initiatives
- Experience developing voice and tone systems, messaging frameworks, or brand guidelines
- Ability to write across multiple digital contexts, including web, product, mobile, campaigns, and customer journeys
- Strong storytelling, editing, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured, and compelling narratives
- Strong command of grammar, content quality, and consistency standards
- Comfortable presenting work, explaining rationale, and incorporating feedback.
- Nice to Have: Agency, consultancy, or client-service experience
- Experience working closely with product design teams, UX teams, or design systems
- Familiarity with Figma or collaborative design tools
- Experience with accessibility principles and inclusive writing practices
- SEO fundamentals and content optimization knowledge
- Experience writing for SaaS, technology, or complex digital products
- Workshop facilitation or co-creation experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows and content generation tools.
