Title: Circulation Assistant/Evening Supervisor (part-time) Part time $16/hour Eckerd College is currently seeking candidates for the part-time position of Circulation Assistant/Evening Supervisor to join our Library team at our waterfront property along the Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, Florida, in our relationship-focused community. In this position, you will act as both front desk attendant and as the supervisor to student Library employees in order to maintain a positive customer service experience for all Library patrons. The incumbent must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the general College community. Experience with Alma/Primo ILS and Google Suite is required. This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours per week. Key Responsibilities - Supervise Library opening and closing procedures. - Train and supervise Library Work Scholars. - Ensure circulation desk coverage weekday evenings and weekends including responding to patron inquiries regarding library collections, accounts, policies and procedures. - File library security and facility maintenance reports. - Assist with in-person, online, and telephone research inquiries and referrals to librarians. - Provide access to all library materials including ILL, collections, and media requiring knowledge of the Library of Congress Classification System. - Process faculty requests for course reserves and prepare materials to ensure prompt student access requiring advanced knowledge of library systems and reporting. - Process Collection and Interlibrary Loan requests. - Provide patron assistance and troubleshooting of library technology and software, including computers, copiers, printers, scanners, microfilm, and integrated displays. - Assure library user compliance with Library policies and procedures. Role Description The Lead Medical Support Assistant (LMSA) position is in the Clinical Contact Center of the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Selectee must be located in the catchment area (within 2 hours) to one of the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) community-based outpatient clinics or main facility in the event there is a power outage or internet loss. The Lead Medical Support Assistant in a VISN Clinical Contact Center (CCC) as part of an inter-professional healthcare team. Lead MSAs provides support across multiple ancillary and inter-professional clinics and determines the needs of the Veteran/caregiver. The lead MSA is responsible for routing clinical questions to appropriate clinical staff. The lead MSA plays an integral role in achieving first-contact resolution through Veteran-centered delivery of care. The Lead MSA provides information on programs and initiatives available to Veterans and provides administrative referrals of services as needed. The Lead MSA collaborates to best coordinate the care needs of the Veteran.
